Pre Ordering Policy
Please note: All pre-order dates are only ESTIMATED DATES set by the manufacturers and are subject to change without prior notice to us; on occasions item(s) do get delayed and we have no control over the manufacturer's released and shipment dates. The release dates and shipment dates does vary occasionally and shipments could also be delayed anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. Rest assure though, If release dates or shipment dates do get delayed we will always update our product listing.
How Pre-Ordering works
When you pre-order from us, or any retailer, we order your item for you in advance and pay in full for the item in advance to the manufacture in order to reserve the item for you. Please understand that once we place an order to the manufacture, cancellation for us retailers is not an option. Many times we risk losing our license with the manufactures when we cancel items. Thus, when you pre-order an item and you decide to cancel we are stuck with the pre-order item and it takes extra work and we lose money during the refund process. Majority of the time it is not as simple as just selling it to the next person that is eager to have it.
You have 2 Pre-Order options
Pre Order Deposits (requires credit card): DUE TO THE MASSIVE ABUSE OF OUR ZERO-DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT we have to enforce a 5%-10% non-refundable percentage deposit for pre-orders. This means you are required to make a deposit on your pre-order to guarantee your item. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after 30 days with the exception that the item cannot be fulfilled by us or has been canceled by the manufacture. Of course, we will let you know if any of that has occurred.
For all Pre-Order deposits, you will be notified when your order is in stock and ready for shipment and you can proceed to your order history to complete your pre-order. In the event (it does happen) that the manufacturer has multiple shipments or if we are unable to fulfill all pre-orders by the release dates, Pre-Order deposits will be on a first come first serve basis after Pay in Full customers. Items will process and ship out as it become available.
Pay in Full AFTER Deposit (Credit Card or Paypal) : After initial deposit you can request to pay for your order IN FULL. An invoice will be issued and emailed to the email on file and you can simply pay for your invoice through our secure system. Pre Orders that are paid in full before the anticipated release date will get priority stock and shipment. Sometimes our stock comes in multiple shipments and could extend pass a week to two weeks after release dates.
We never or rarely over sell our pre-order items, so majority of the time you will be able to get your Pre-orders when you reserve with us. In the rarest case that we do accidentally over sale an item, we will notify you promptly of such an incident, within hours of your order placement. Steps for Pre-Ordering
Pre-ordering is simple, just find an item that is set to be release soon, either through our main online catalog or through the Pre-Order section, add the item to cart and checkout! Once done checking out, you will receive a confirmation of your order and when the pre-ordered item has arrived at our warehouse, we will notify you of shipment! What if my cart has item(s) that are not pre-orders? Or my shopping cart has multiple pre-orders that have different release dates?
If you are purchasing pre-orders that have different release dates, and would like each item shipped separately, as they become available, please place each order individually. We will only ship items by request if your purchase contains multiple items with different release dates, otherwise your item will be on hold until all your pre-orders has arrived.
If you are planning to purchase in-stock item(s) along with pre-orders, please checkout with your in-stock purchase first or vice versa. In-stock and pre-orders cannot be combined together at the moment due to multiple reasons, therefore, we ask that you place those orders separately so your orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner.
Due to the abuse of our no deposit pre-ordering system - You have 30 days from the DATE of your pre-order to make any cancellations or adjustments. If you decide to cancel a pre-order after 30 days from date of order, you will LOSE your deposit or if you have for your order in full the original deposit (please see the item listing) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Any abandon pre-orders or no response account will have an automatic account suspension. We will honor cancellation anytime before 30 days from order date, without any fees but please do within 30 days of placing your pre-order.
Unfortunately, due to many customers abusing our no deposit required pre-ordering process, we have had to place the following restrictions
- Please know that if you wish to cancel your pre-order, it is required that you contact us to process your cancellation. If you decide to cancel and not inform us prior or decide to not respond, your account and shipping address will be automatically banned from shopping with Ningen Life. If you wish to be reinstated, you will have to contact us for more information.
- If you Pre-Order and cancel near or on release dates, your account will be restricted to only in-stock purchases and only Pay-in-full Pre-Order(s) on all future orders. Once you have successfully made an in-stock purchase or fulfill your Pay-in-full Pre-Order(s), your account will return to normal.
- If you have more than 3 pre-order cancellation without reinstating your account, your account will be restricted to only in-stock purchases, Pre-Order(s) will not be allowed and all orders will be canceled by the system
- You will lose your deposit for any cancellation after 30 days from Pre-Order purchases.
Removing Account Restrictions
If you wish to reinstate your account to normal, you must make in-stock purchases to offset any cancellations request. *Accounts that have or had fulfill multiple Pre-Orders and purchases will not have any account restrictions unless there are large numbers of cancellations that offset account purchases. Our system automatically determines account restrictions and our customer service team are unable to bypass this. Just be mindful, we are very understanding but don't abuse the system for other customers

What if I find my Pre-Order item cheaper elsewhere?
If you already placed a Pre-Order with us and within 7 days and you found the same item at a better price elsewhere on the internet (excluding eBay, Amazon, or online stores not located within the U.S) you can contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we will try our best to price match the item for you. Before requesting a price match, please take into consideration the shipping cost as many online shops do not offer free shipping or their limit is higher than ours; and we take shipping cost into price matching consideration.
Address and delivery changes before the pre-order release date(s)
Please take a moment to contact us through our Contact Form, emailing us at [email protected] or by calling a customer service representative at 714-987-2482. Just changing your address on your account page will not notify us of your address change. Please contact us directly to make sure we have you most current shipping address!
Please note that It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated. if you've moved or are going to be away when you think your pre-order(s) are going to arrive / be shipped out please contact us prior to your shipment. We are not liable if your package ends up going to the wrong address or is stolen. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information regarding shipping issues
What are Back Orders?
Back Orders are products that will be or is already in stock by the manufacture. Many items that are on back order can be ordered but requires an additional 3 to 4 business days for shipment from the time of order placement (dependent upon available stock).
Most items that are on back order will remain on back order status unless there is a strong demand for us to hold stock in house. 99% of the time back order items can be fulfilled and shipped out within 7 days. Rest assure that if we are unable to fulfill your back order purchase, we will promptly refund and notify you of such a situation.
